Prior to UMN Crookston: Garcia was named Defensive Player of the Year for John F. Kennedy H.S....She helped her team to the Championship at the Champions Cup in 2018...Her team placed third at the PDF in 2017.

Personal: She is the daughter of Marissa and Robert Garcia...Plans to major in biology at UMN Crookston...She is first in her family to go to college...Garcia made the honor roll during all four of her high school years.
