2025 (Freshman): Finished with one of the better freshman pitching seasons in program history...Made her pitching and Golden Eagle debut on March 10, picking up a win against D'Youville...Finished with four complete games in the circle, including a career-high eight inning outing in a win over UT Dallas...Pitched and started all 17 games for the Golden Eagle, going 6-9 on the year...Led the Golden Eagles in wins, innings pitched, strikeouts, opponents batting average and complete games...Gave up three or less runs in 10 outings on the year, including her first four starts where she gave up five earned runs in 25.1 innings of work.

Prior to UMC: Was named the High School Athlete of the Year in 2022 and also the Softball MVP in 2022 at Northlands Parkway Collegiate in Winkler, Manitoba...In 2023, struck out 135 hitters in 102 innings of work and hit .321 offensively.

Personal: Is the daughter of Melanie and Ed Penner and plans to major in Exercise Science at Minnesota Crookston...Becomes the fourth native of Canada to play for the Golden Eagles in 2025.
