2025 (Freshman): Allred opened his collegiate career by posting a four-mile time of 20:44.87...He ran the 8K at the Griak Invitational in 28:31.3, finishing 87th...He improved his time at the Blugold Invitational, clocking in at 28:08.8...Allred set the personal record for the 8K at the Dordt Holiday Inn Express Classic with a time of 27:00.5...He finished his first NSIC Championship race in 27:44.8. 

Prior to UMN Crookston: Allred was a three-time State Qualifier at Cedar Rapids Prairie High School...A two-time All-Mississippi Valley Conference selection...He earned Second Team All-State honors in 4A as a senior...Allred was named to the Elite Team for all classes in Iowa in 2024...He is a two-time State Qualifier in track...He earned Second Team All-Conference in the 4x800. 

Personal: Son of Condra and Aaron Allred...His mom Condra played softball at Southeastern Community College...He is undecided on his major.
