Prior to Minnesota Crookston: Strong makes his way to Minnesota Crookston after spending his freshman year at California-Davis and the last two at Fullerton College...In high school, Strong was named to the First-Team All-Conference and was named the Co-Player of the Year...Helped lead Fullerton College to a second place finish at the State Championships and was an All-Conference performer, as well...Was outstanding in the classroom, being named to the Dean's List at Fullerton...Coming out of high school, he was named the No. 1 small forward in the class of 2022 in Southern California by the Press Sports App.

Strong is the son of Marty and Derek Strong of Whittier, Calif...Plans to major in Sports Media and Communication while a student-athlete at Minnesota Crookston.

Strong comes from some pretty strong bloodlines...His dad, Derek, played at Xavier University in Cincinnatti and played in the NBA for ten seasons with the Washington Bullets, Milwaukee Bucks, Boston Celtics, Los Angeles Lakers, Orlando Magic and the Los Angeles Clippers...Strong will wear No. 33 for the maroon and gold, much like his dad did when he played five seasons for the Orlando Magic.
