2018-19 (Junior): Cleary continued to show that he is one of the best scorers in NSIC history...Cleary moved up the charts this season on the conference's all-time scoring list and is now sitting in third place, one point behind former Southwest Minnesota State great Ryan Bruggeman and is 411 conference points away from surpassing former St. Cloud State Husky Gage Davis for first all-time...In his third season for the maroon and gold, Cleary averaged 22.2 PPG, 4.0 APG and pulled down 3.1 RPG as well...Cleary led the conference in minutes played at 37.3 minutes per game...Cleary scored a season and career high 47 points in an early December win over MSU Moorhead...Cleary was also big in the NSIC playoffs, scoring a game-high 22 points on 5-5 shooting from beyond the three-point line in the programs first ever NSIC playoff victory, an upset over Augustana, 87-72...In the NSIC quarterfinals in the Sanford Pentagon in Sioux Falls, S.D.,...Cleary scored 36 points in a 80-67 loss to Winona State...Cleary heads into his final season as a Golden Eagle with 2,076 points, the only player in Minnesota Crookston history to score over 2,000 points and he's far from done.

2017-18 (Sophomore): Cleary continued his path of dominance over the NSIC during his sophomore season with the Golden Eagles...Led the entire conference in points with 702, and points per game with 24.2...To add to this, he lead the conference in free throw as well as three point shooting percentage with 96 and 47% respectively...Cleary's outstanding play lead him to surpass the 1000 point mark in just his second season and also earned him First Team All-NSIC honors. 

2016-17 (Freshman): Set school single-season scoring record with 640 points...Also set school single-season records for field goals and free throws in a season...Scored 42 points Jan. 27 against Minnesota State University to break Joe Hasz's long-standing single-game scoring record...Also set the school record with 17 field goals made...Averaged 22.1 points per game on the season...Named NSIC Freshman of the Year and All-NSIC Second Team...Was first U of M Crookston student-athlete to earn conference specialty award since the 2006-07 season...First player to earn All-Conference recognition since the 2003-04 season...Named Hero Sports Division II Newcomer of the Year...Cleary earned placement on Division II Bulletin All-Freshman Team.

Prior to UMC: Cleary was a two-time First Team All-Southeast Conference pick as a junior and senior at Oak Creek H.S...Cleary was named SEC Player of the Year as a senior...He also earned First Team All-Suburban as a junior...He was an All-State Honorable Mention pick as a senior...Cleary is the all-time leading  at Oak Creek H.S. and is second all-time in assists at Oak Creek H.S...As a senior, he tallied 19.5 points per game for Oak Creek H.S...He averaged 20.1 points, 4.7 rebounds and 2.1 assists per game as a junior...Cleary was a Preseason All-State selection heading into the 2015-16 season...He served as a team captain since his sophomore year...In addition to playing for Oak Creek H.S., Cleary plays for the Playground Elite Nike EYBL team...He shot 51.0 percent from the field and 81.5 percent from the free throw line as a junior.
