Made the transition to offensive line in the spring of 2019

2018 (Redshirt Freshman): Appeared in five games at defensive linemen and played special teams for the Golden Eagles.

2017 (Freshman): Redshirted and will have four years to play in Maroon and Gold.

Prior to UMC: Also competed in track and field…Played on the offensive and defensive line for Willow Canyon High School…Pass rusher for his high school team…Notched 28 tackles as a senior…As a junior, Frieberg tallied 19 tackles with three sacks…All-Academic Honorable Mention as a senior…Moved to defensive end as a junior after playing linebacker as a sophomore and defensive back as a freshman…Named All-Section Honorable Mention in 2016…An All-Region Honorable Mention pick in 2016…Named NUC All-American Selection…A Blue Grey All-American selection…Senior Bowl Selection…Top five in sacks, quarterback hurries and tackles for loss during junior and senior seasons in section...All-Conference Honorable Menton pick in 2015...Named Defensive Lineman of the Year on his team...A Principal's Honor Roll member.
