2018 (Freshman): Redshirted initial collegiate season with U of M Crookston...He will have four years to play with the Golden Eagles.

Prior to UMC: Solberg was a two sport athlete at Rogers High School playing both football and basketball…Max Preps ranked him as the 44th best receiver in Minnesota following his senior season…On the season, Solberg hauled in 55 receptions for 1009 receiving yards with ten touchdowns with his best performance coming in week one where he had seven catches for 215 yards and three scores against Bemidji High School.
