Biography

2019 (Redshirt Junior): Appeared in 10 games for the Golden Eagles... Recoreded 18 solo and 9 assisted for a total of 27 tackles on the season. His best game was against Minot State where he tallied 4 solo and 1 assisted tackle. Cooper also returned 3 kickoffs for 35 yards, with a long of 14 yards.
2018 (Redshirt Sophomore): Started in all 11 games at cornerback for the Golden Eagles...Recorded 28 tackles and seven pass break-ups...Cooper returned eight kicks for a total of 95 yards...Returned a 20 yard kick against Augustana.

2017 (Redshirt Freshman): Appeared and started in nine games for UMC... Had 25 total tackles and one tackle for loss... Cooper had two tackles and an interception against St. Cloud State.

2016 (Freshman): Redshirted initial season at UMC...Will have four years to play four. 

Prior to Minnesota Crookston: Comes from the same program as former Golden Eagle Rodney Stewart…Played safety at North Crowley H.S...Served as a team captain in high school.
