Prior UMN Crookston: He was named All- MCAC and named all conference for century college. In 2024 he had an ERA of 1.64...As a sophomore, Pellin went 3-4 in two starts and 16 appearances for Century College...Pellin had three saves...He pitched 41.1 innings pitched with 3.48 ERA and 41 strikeouts. 

Personal: He is son of Pamela trottier and John Pellin. His uncle Gabriel Mancini was a professional boxer and competed at the Olympics. He plans to major in Business at UMN Crookston.
