2024 (Sophomore): Schoenfelder played 42 sets in 15 matches on the season. She put up 53 points with 47 kills, four assists, and 135 total attempts. Defensively she has had seven digs and 9 blocks.

2023 (Freshman): Schoenfelder started 11 of her 17 matches played being in 43 sets for the Golden Eagles while having 43 kills, 173 total attempts, four assist and six serving aces. On the defensive side Shoenfelder had 26 digs and 13 blocks.

Prior to Minnesota Crookston: Schoenfelder was a Hiawatha Valley All-Conference pick in 2022. She was previously a two-time All-Hiawatha Valley Honorable Mention selection in 2019 and 2021. Schoenfelder is a four-year starter at Zumbrota-Mazeppa H.S. She played five years of club volleyball for Northern Lights. Schoenfelder had 51 blocks and 155 kills during the 2022 season for her high school squad.

She is the daughter of Jessica Schoenfelder of Zumbrota, Minn., and Dan Schoenfelder of Cannon Falls, Minn. She is undecided on her major at UMN Crookston. Her brother Braden played club soccer at North Dakota State University.
