Biography

2019: Redshirted freshman season...Will have four years to play for the Golden Eagles.

Prior to UMC: Kinnunen hit .400 as a junior for Grand Rapids H.S. He helped lead his VFW team to the state championship. He also played football and hockey for Grand Rapids H.S. The Grand Rapids program has also produced former Golden Eagle Zach Frazier.

Personal: Kinnunen is the son of Jack and Tari Kinnunen. He plans to major in elementary education. Kinnunen was born May 11, 2000.
