2019:Â Swenson played and started in 47 games this season in his first year for the maroon and gold...Hit .259 with one homerun and 22 RBI...Scored 28 runs on the season...Had nine multi-hit games on the season, including three hits in two different games.

Jonathan Lund. Swenson hit .340 as a freshman with 11 RBI's and 30 runs scored with six stolen bases. As a sophomore, he is hitting .353 on the season with 14 runs, one double, one triple, five RBIs and four stolen bases. He has a .404 on-base percentage and .412 slugging percentage. He was an All-Conference pick as a senior at Devils Lake H.S.
Personal: Swenson is the son of Mindy and Shane Swenson. He plans to major in exercise science at Minnesota Crookston. Swenson was born Aug. 29, 1997. Swenson is the nephew of Josh Duhamel, who played football at Minot State University and is currently a TV and film actor known for the Transformers series, All My Children and most recently Love, Simon. Duhamel is in the Minot State Hall of Fame as a member of the 1992 football team.
