2025 (Freshman): Hanson was part of the travel squad as a freshman for the Golden Eagles...He appeared in nine games, with one start...Mostly appeared as a late-inning replacement and pinch runner...He had six at-bats with one RBI...Hanson had a .250 on-base percentage. 

Prior to UMN Crookston: He was ranked Top 100 in Minnesota...Hanson hit .427 for the Lumberjacks...He helped Bemidji H.S. to the state tournament...He earned his program's Newcomer of the Year honors...He qualified for the All Star Game. Hanson is also a state qualifier for track. 

Personal: He is the son of Jessie and Richard Hanson...Hanson plans to major in exercise science and wellness...His great uncle Mike Anderson played hockey at Bethel University.
