2016: Junior season...Barta appeared in five games out of the bullpen as a junior...He had a 13.50 ERA in six innings pitched...Barta struck out four batters on the season. 

2015: Sophomore season...Appeared in eight games during his sophomore year...Came out of the bullpen...Pitched 9.2 innings with a 8.38 ERA and two strikeouts...Pitched a shutout inning March 14 against Upper Iowa...Pitched a shutout inning April 3 against Winona State and went 1.1 shutout innings against Minnesota Duluth...Gave up two hits and one run in two innings at Augustana.

2014: Freshman season...Stepped on the mound 10 times (all relief appearances) for 14.2 IP...Posted an 8.59 ERA...Gave up 14 earned runs on 24 hits...Walked 9 and struck out 6.
