2024-25 (Freshman): Mahlen played in 23 games, averaging 4.9 minutes per game...She hit four shots, three from beyond the arc, and four from the stripe...Mahlen scored 15 points, and secured 13 boards...She notched four points at Minnesota State, and had three rebounds against UMary February 1....She played a season-high 12 minutes against Minnesota State January 11. 


Prior to UMC: Mahlen is a two-time All-Pine to Prairie Conference selection in basketball. She is a two-time all-conference selection in volleyball, and a three-time All-Pine to Prairie pick in softball. 

Personal: Daughter of Nate and Rochelle Mahlen. Dad Nate Mahlen was an assistant coach for the Golden Eagles from 2006-23, helping the program to five NSIC Tournament quarterfinal appearances. He is currently the assistant athletic director for events and operations. Mom Rochelle Mahlen played softball and volleyball at the University of Jamestown. Brother Noah is a student at Minnesota Crookston. She has been coming to games since she was young, and sang the national anthem with her sister Lexi at games. Mahlen is the first Fosston, Minn., signee for the program in the last 10 years. She has had the top GPA in her class the last three years. Mahlen is on the student council and is the National Honor Society President at Fosston H.S.
