2018: Junior season...The hometown kid had a good year for UMC...Pitched in 12 games and started in 2...Finished the year 2-1 with a 4.00 ERA...Struck out 12 in 18 innings of work...His longest outing came in a loss to Northern State where he pitched 4 innings striking out 2 and giving up 5 hits.
2017: Sophomore season...Named UMC Student-Athlete of the Year at the conclusion of the 2016-17 season...Appeared 11 times out of the bullpen during his sophomore season...Hollcraft was 1-1 with a 5.73 ERA in 11.0 innings pitched...Struck out nine batters on the season...Shut down Mansfield with two strikeouts in a win March 14...Shut down Upper Iowa in 1.1 innings with one strikeout in win over Upper Iowa.
2016: Freshman season...Served as an option out of the bullpen and an occasional mid-week starter for the Golden Eagles...He posted an 0-2 mark with 10 appearances and three starts...Hollcraft notched 18.1 innings pitched...He had a 13.25 ERA...Hollcraft notched 11 strikeouts on the season...He notched his first career save in an 8-7 win over Winona State University.
Prior to UMC: Hollcraft is one of the best athletes to come through Crookston High School in recent years...As a basketball player, he set the record for most career rebounds in Pirate boys basketball history...Hollcraft was second all-time in career scoring with 1,415 career points at Crookston H.S., just shy of Kenley Wahlin, the brother of current UMC women's basketball assistant coach
