2019 (Freshman): Redshirted initial season in the Maroon and Gold...Will have four years to play four.
Prior To UMC: Benson was a four-year letter winner at Cedarcrest H.S., in Duvall, Wash. She helped lead her high school squad to first in the Wesco Conference in 2015 and 2017. Cedarcrest H.S., finished in second place in 2016 and 2018. She led her prep squad in assists. Benson was an All-Cascade Second Team selection in 2017. She earned All-Wesco Honorable Mention honors in 2018. She was part of an Academic State Championship for girl’s soccer in 2018. Benson was her senior class president at Cedarcrest H.S. She was a four-year staple on the honor roll, and served as her class valedictorian.
Personal: She is the daughter of Evan and Kelli Benson. Benson was born May 16, 2001. She plans to major in biology or health sciences.
