2020-21 (Junior): Post played in all 16 games, starting 15...Scored a season high 17 points in 36 minutes at MSU Moorhead...Made six or more field goals three times on the season...Second on the team with 20 steals, including a season-high five at Minot State...Made a career-high five three's on the season.

2019-20 (Sophomore): Post started 17 games and played in 27 as a sophomore...She notched 21.1 minutes per game for the Golden Eagles...Post averaged 7.0 points, 3.2 rebounds, and 1.9 assists per game...She had a season-high 20 points versus St. Cloud State...Post notched 17 points against Northern State...Tallied 14 points against Chaminade and UMary...Post notched 12 points against Bemidji State...Had six assists versus UMary.

2018-19 (Freshman): Post started 22 of 29 games on the season and averaged 24.2 minutes per contest...Averaged 8.8 PPG, 3.3 RPG and 2.3 APG on the season...Started her career off by scoring double-figures in four straight games, including 21 points in her second career game as a Golden Eagle, a win over Northwest Missouri State...Scored double-digits 12 times in her freshman season.

Before UMC: Post was an All-MCAA Conference pick as a sophomore and junior...She was named to the All-State Tournament team as a sophomore...Post helped Maranathan Christian Academy to the Class A Semifinals where they lost to Mary Burke's Mountain Iron-Buhl High School squad last season...During her sophomore season, Post helped Maranatha Christian Academy to the Class A Finals where they lost to Goodhue High School...She played AAU for the Minnesota Stars...Post averaged 11.9 points on the season, while shooting 42.4 percent from the field...She added 6.1 rebounds and 3.6 assists per game...Post played especially well in the state tournament, notching 18.5 points per game on 42.9 percent from the field. 

Personal: Post is the daughter of Dana and Kristin Post. She was born Sept. 28, 1999. Post plans to major in elementary education at Minnesota Crookston. Her father Dana played football at University of Minnesota Morris.
