2018-19 (Redshirt Junior): Cohen had a solid first season for the Golden Eagles...The lefty from Detroit, Mich., finished third on the team in scoring at 9.0 PPG...Cohen also averaged 3.1 RPG on the season...Cohen shot 73 percent from the free throw line and 35 percent from deep...Cohen scored a career high 24 points on 9-15 shooting from the field in a December victory over MSU Moorhead and scored 19 points in the NSIC quarterfinal loss to Winona State...Cohen started the final eight of nine games for Minnesota Crookston, where he averaged 11 PPG. 

2017-18 (Redshirt Sophomore): Redshirted first season with UMC, will have two more years to play with the Golden Eagles.

Prior to UMC: Cohen helped lead Macomb Community College to their best two seasons in program history...He averaged 7.7 points and 5.3 rebounds per game as a sophomore at Macomb Community College... Played 11.0 minutes per game and shot 41.0 percent from the field and 32.4 percent from beyond the arc...Was a 71.4 percent shooter from the charity stripe...He helped the Monarchs to a 28-7 mark on the 2016-17 season and a berth in the NJCAA Championship in Danville, Ill...As a freshman, Cohen averaged 10.9 points and 4.4 rebounds...Shot 42.2 percent from the field and 35.5 percent from beyond the arc...Cohen helped Macomb Community College to an 18-13 mark in his first season...Was a 78.6 percent free throw shooter in his first year of junior college...As a prep, he attended Michigan Collegiate High School, where he averaged 18 points and 10 rebounds per game...Cohen was named a Detroit Free Press All-East Second Team pick as a senior...Also played football at his high school as a wide receiver and linebacker.
