High School: Received All Conference Honorable Mention his senior year...Played receiver and corner for Osseo H.S...Helped lead Osseo H.S. to a 10-3 mark as a senior, as his team won the State Championship.

Personal: Born May 30, 1998...The son of Velmer Porte and Crystal Hunter...Omar has a sister Ayo Porte that plays basketball in the conference at the University of Minnesota Duluth.
