Prior to UMC: Perez hit .315 with four home runs, 40 runs batted in and 22 runs scored for Riverland C.C. as a sophomore...Also notched 13 doubles, one triple and held a .532 slugging percentage and a .394 on-base percentage...As a freshman, hit .363 with three home runs, 28 runs batted in and 24 runs scored with four doubles.
