2015 (Junior Season): Trost started 28 of 28 matches at setter in 2015...Trost led the team with 875 assists, while averaging 8.41 assists per set...She also averaged 2.48 digs per set on the season and 0.45 blocks per set...Trost had a season-high 54 assists against Black Hills State...She notched 47 assists against Northwest Missouri State...Trost had 46 assists at U-Mary...She had a season-high 24 digs at home against Bemidji State...Trost had five blocks against Bemidji State at home and U-Mary on the road...She notched 17 digs against Bentley.

High School: She was an All-Northwest Suburban Conference Honorable Mention pick as a senior for the Bengals...Trost helped led her high school team to a 31-2 mark and a berth in the 2012 Minnesota State Volleyball Tournament where they lost to fellow Golden Eagle Volleyball signee Erin Schwarz' Eden Prairie High School team in the semi-finals...In addition to competing at Blaine High School, Trost plays for the Northern Lights Volleyball club. Last season her squad won first place at the Presidents' Day tournament in Omaha, Neb.
