CROOKSTON, Minn. – The University of Minnesota Crookston women's soccer team wrapped up the 2021 campaign with a 5-0 loss to No. 6 Bemidji State University Friday, November 5 at Chet Anderson Stadium in Bemidji, Minn.

The Golden Eagles finish the 2021 season with a 1-17 (1-13 NSIC) mark. Minnesota Crookston is slated to return a strong core of players for the 2022 season as they look to build on young talent. Bemidji State heads into the NSIC Tournament with a 16-0-2 (13-0-2 NSIC) mark.

The Beavers were led by one goal and one assist apiece from Halle Peterson, Emma Huelsnitz, and Sara Wendt. Erin Becker chipped in two assists for the game. Wendt led the team with 13 shots and four shots on goal. Bemidji State had 52 shots, with 23 shots on goal.
