Ali Alkhatib, might not be the same Ali who floats like a butterfly and stings like a bee, but Alkhatib has been a force for the Golden Eagles for the last four seasons. Alkhatib is second on the team in tackles with 68 tackles. He leads the team with 7.5 tackles for loss. Alkhatib is third all-time in career tackles with 290. He is 35 tackles behind
Cecil Brown, Jr. in second place. Alkhatib is tied for third for solo tackles with Neil Austin with 149 tackles. He needs six tackles to surpass Justin Reed in second and 11 to move past Brown in first. Alkhatib needs five tackles for loss to move past Jim Mages for the record.
#TheOtherRodStewart
Minnesota Crookston senior wide receiver
Rod Stewart is coming to the end of a great career for the Golden Eagles. Stewart moved into a tie last weekend with Carl Aho for third for all-time receptions with 135. Stewart needs 14 receptions to surpass Mark Olsonawski for second. He also moved past Aho for second all-time in receiving yards. Stewart has 1,793 all-time receiving yards. He will unfortunately not catch his former teammate
Adam Connette, who holds the record with 2,781 career receiving yards. Stewart will look to make his mark on his final game with the Golden Eagles Saturday versus UMary. He has tallied 20 catches for 315 yards and two touchdowns. So while he may not be the
Rod Stewart, who signs famous songs such as Maggie Mae, he is famous in the small town of Crookston and will live on in the record books.
#HaveADay
Senior Punter
Stephen Day has gone into the record books as one of best punters in school history. Day is the all-time leader in career punts with 284, shattering the previous record sent by

He has punted for over 10,000 yards in his four-year career. He will look to change field position tomorrow for the Golden Eagles versus UMary.
