Box Score Moorhead, Minn.- With a flurry of three second half goals, the Golden Eagles soccer team overcame a 2-0 halftime deficit to knock of the Minnesota State University Moorhead Dragons, 3-2, Saturday afternoon.

Hannah Loos (Fr., Harrisburg, S.D.) got MSUM on the board in the 5
th minute of play which was followed by a score from Jessica Dallman (Fr., Grand Forks, N.D.) in the 34
th minute. Although UMC outshot the Dragons 13-5 in the half, the two MSUM goals were the only scores of the opening frame.

Senior midfielder,
Delaney McIntyre (Flin Flon, Manitoba/Sport and Recreation Management) got the Golden Eagles on the board midway through the second half as she cut in on goal from the left side, then chipped a ball over the goalkeeper to score on the far post. The goal is McIntyre's third of the season and it came in the 62
nd minute. UMC Tied things up less than eight minutes later when
Taylor Peterson (Jr., Bismarck, N.D./Business Management) finished off scramble in front of the Dragons net. The ball was played in off a corner kick and
Tori Hill (Fr., Brandon, Manitoba) picked up the assist, her first point of her college career.

Courtney Armborst (Sr., West St. Paul, Minn./Biology) picked up the game winner, in the final minutes of regulation, as she hit a blast with her right foot from 25 yards out. Armborst's score is her fourth of the season and it came in the 86
th minute of play.

With the win, UMC improves to 4-8-1, 4-6 in NSIC play. They will play another road conference game tomorrow when they travel to Aberdeen, South Dakota to take on Northern State University (5-7-1, 3-6-1) who knocked off Bemidji State University, 2-1, earlier today. Opening kick is scheduled for 1:00 pm.
