Regal's Rundown with Josh Brehmer: Mitch Allore and Holly Fletcher

CROOKSTON, Minn. - In this episode of "Regal's Rundown", we switch into the Spring sports as we focus on the baseball team and tennis team. Josh Brehmer talks to baseball assistant coach Mitch Allore and women's tennis player Holly Fletcher.

In the first segment, Brehmer and Allore talk about what the coaching staff would like to see the baseball team do in the next eight non-conference games. The pair then talked to how Allore has made the adjustment from being a baseball player for Coach Chris Vito to now being an assistant coach. Finally, Allore talked about what he has taken from the coaches he has played and worked under in his time in baseball and how he has tried to apply them to his coaching style.

In the second segment, Brehmer talks to Fletcher about the adjustment to new head coach Kyle Anderson. The pair also discuss what Fletcher worked on in the off-season to try to improve her game, as well as some of her goals for the team and for herself for her senior season.
