Golden Eagles Take On Bemidji State in Hub Cap Game

CROOKSTON, Minn. - The University of Minnesota Crookston football team will look to snap their winless start to the season as they take on Bemidji State University at 1 p.m. at Chet Anderson Stadium in Bemidji, Minn. The game will mark the 11th annual edition of the "Hub Cap Game", as the two team's battle for the Hub Cap Trophy. The Golden Eagles won the battle 16-14 in 2013, snapping a losing streak that dated back to 1998. Bemidji State is 1-4 on the season after picking up their first win of the season last weekend against University of Mary.
