Golden Eagle Women’s Soccer Team Travels to Sioux Falls for a Pair of Non-Conference Contests

(Crookston, Minn.)- The University of Minnesota, Crookston Women's Soccer team travels to Sioux Falls, S.D. on Saturday, September 10 and Sunday, September 11 for a pair of non-conference contests. The Golden Eagles will face Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC) foe Augustana College at 11 a.m. on Saturday and the University of Nebraska-Kearney at 1 p.m. on Sunday. Both games will be played at Augustana College.

U of M, Crookston holds an overall record of 0-2-0 after dropping a pair of non-conference contests to Northern Michigan University (3-1) and Michigan Tech University (3-0) on the road this past weekend. Nikki Hammond (So, F, Nelson, Minn.) has scored one goal for two points. Jessica Ramirez (Fr, F, Millbrae, Cal.) has an assist for one point. Amanda Stapleton (Jr, G, Jonesboro, Ark.) has a 3.00 goals against average and a .625 saves per centage.

Golden Eagles @ Augustana College   Saturday, September 10        11 a.m.

The Vikings have an overall record of 0-2-0 after dropping a 2-0 non-conference decision to Minnesota State University on Thursday and a 2-1 non-conference decision to Fort Lewis College on Sunday. Mackenzie Trom has scored two goals for four points. Amanda Wagner has a 3.00 goals against average and a .750 saves percentage.

Golden Eagles vs. University of Nebraska-Kearney      Sunday, September 11       1 p.m.

The Lopers have an overall record of 0-1-0 going into Monday's game against Fort Hays State University.  The University of Central Missouri defeated the University of Nebraska-Kearney 3-1 on Thursday. No other information is available at this time.
