Box Score (Crookston, Minn.)- Wayne State College scored at 50:03 of the game and held on to defeat the University of Minnesota, Crookston 1-0 today in Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC) Women's Soccer action in Wayne, Neb.

After a scoreless first half, Darian Mochizuski scored in unassisted fashion just over ten minutes into the second half from 18 yards out.
Ryan Wells had three saves to record the shutout for the Wildcats. Amanda Stapleton (Jr, G, Jonesboro, Ark.) recorded six saves for the Golden Eagles.

Wayne State University improves to 4-9-2 overall and 1-8-1 in the NSIC. U of M, Crookston falls to 3-11-1 overall and 2-7-1 in the NSIC.

The Golden Eagles return to NSIC action on Sunday, October 23 when they travel to Augustana College. Game time is set for 1 p.m.
