Craig Knudsen lettered twice in football, basketball, baseball, and golf in the two years he was at UMC--from 1973-1975. During his freshman season, he was second in the nation in total offense, third in the nation in passing, and first in the nation in touchdown passes. He was a member of the All-State Team in 1973 and a member of the 1973 UMC Football Team that was coached by Deryl Ramey and took fourth in the nation. Knudsen was UMC's Athlete of the Year in 1973-74 and was captain of the football team in 1974.
Knudsen graduated from UMC in 1975 with a degree in accounting. He and his wife, Valorie, reside in Bloomington, MN.
